Join Yoga Medicine® Registered Therapeutic Specialist Allie Geer for a workshop that will explore the benefits of self myofascial release. We will target tight muscles, areas of restriction, and tension in the body. You will experience benefits such as improved range of motion, increased circulation, and hydration in the whole body. We will use specialized myofascial release balls to accurately target trigger points on the body from head to toe, promoting a sense of ease and relaxation. No yoga experience required.
