In this workshop we will explore the benefits of self myofascial release to target tight muscles, increase range of motion, and improve circulation. Combined with some gentle movement, we will use specialized myofascial release balls to accurately target the trigger points on the body. All levels, no experience required.

Other: Please arrive 15 minutes early. Balls will be provided, but please feel free to bring pen/paper for optional note taking and water.
