Float & Fly: Arm Balances - July 20th 2-4pm
Learn to float! Join Hidden Yoga teacher Carlye Cole for an intermediate (or all levels)* arm balance workshop where you will begin with a practice that sets you up for success in arm balancing followed by instruction and time to focus on poses such as crow/crane, flying pigeon, 8 limb angle pose, and more! Class will conclude with a gongfu style tea meditation.
