Many years ago, when I was studying acting at The Juilliard School in Manhattan, we were required to take 4 Alexander Technique classes each week. It radically changed my body awareness and 35 years later I use it every day in my private practice and classes.
I'm super excited to have Lisa Trank CTAT bring this amazing modality to the studio in a workshop designed for yoga teachers and trainees, but open to anyone with a curiosity about better movement and health. This is an introductory workshop that will be followed by a separate 4-week course in June. (Check both out online!)
