Year Long Earth and Moon Rhythm Yoga series

Please join Mary Hoppe and Sarah Humphrey for an embodied experience of the Earth and Moon rhythms throughout the year. In the conscious practice of working with these cycles through the body, one has the opportunity to cultivate awareness and understanding of how to use these energies to serve one’s highest unfolding, while also creating a deeper relationship with the Earth and Moon. Over the year, seasonal classes will be offered to learn about and reflect upon what a particular time of the year has to teach us, and how to use this energy to serve our own personal growth and life journey.

The first class will be on the Full Moon, just before the seasonal time of Imbolc
January 31st, 2018 from 7-8:30 pm

The midway point between winter and spring, a time to gather the seeds of intention that we will nourish and grow throughout the year. In this class, we will work with the Moon salutations, and Yin postures to cultivate awareness, balance, grounding, and flow in the body, that we may let the body and heart be our guides into what will serve our highest unfolding this year. And at the end, we will take a moment of meditative reflection to consciously contemplate the intentions revealed to us in this practice.
