Peter Hall will be offering a FREE 4-week course in Mindfulness during the month of June! Join Peter on Tuesday nights, 7:45-8:45pm June 5-26th, for an exploration of Mindfulness and Mindfulness Meditation.

What is Mindfulness? Discussion Series:
In this series of 4 x 1 hour conversations, we'll explore Mindfulness, what it is and how to use it in everyday life. You might also have seen this referred to as Self-Awareness or Consciousness.
These discussions will show how a different approach to thinking can reward us with a greater understanding of how we think and how we feel. We'll learn that we can control much more of what's going on in our minds than we may currently believe. Generally, we've been taught What to think but not How to think.
Each conversation builds on the previous one, providing tools and techniques for stepping out of your thoughts to better understand the Real You.

The tools introduced will, if used in a consistent way, assist in reducing stress and increasing mind and body awareness, leading to health and wellness improvements, as well as prioritizing and simplifying different aspects of your life. I've experienced these benefits myself.
I'm Peter Hall and I've been interested in the functioning of my mind for many years. About 3 years ago, I had a bit of an insight. Why was it that, no matter how hard I tried and what I learned, there was always something not quite right about the way I saw the world, or my life, or my purpose, or maybe any number of other things?
This insight has led me down a path of unfolding ideas and concepts that I had previously heard of but had never truly grasped. Yoga and Meditation help me to continue on this path, as well as many personal development authors, bloggers and others.
The general term for it is Mindfulness and, as my own path becomes clearer, I'm finding I desire to help others answer the question: What is Mindfulness?
